We represent the best athletes in the world — and we find them where they start.
We are a sports agency based in the United States, with offices in Minnesota and Tucson, Arizona, and a permanent presence in Kenya. We specialise in the representation of elite athletes in endurance sports and Olympic track & field. We also work with scholar athletes — young runners balancing a classroom and a training log — and we recruit college-bound athletes into the professional pathway.
Our Story Our agency was built in the highlands, and it never left them. Iten, Eldoret and Nakuru — the towns and training camps of the Great Rift Valley that have produced more world-class distance runners than anywhere on earth — are where our roots, our relationships and our eye for talent come from. We have people on the ground there year-round: in the camps, at the school races, on the trails before dawn. Not a contact list. A presence. From Minnesota and Tucson, we work the other end of the same journey. We know the American market because we live in it — the colleges, the sponsors, the brand deals, the race circuits our athletes need to reach. That combination is the whole point. We can find an athlete on a dirt road in the Rift Valley and place them in front of the right college, brand or race in the United States — because we are genuinely standing in both places.
We work with two kinds of athlete. The elite athlete — already competing at the top of the sport, whose contracts, appearances and sponsorships need someone in their corner. And the scholar athlete — still in school, whose running has to work alongside an education rather than instead of it. We also recruit college-going athletes into the professional pathway, helping young runners make the step from a school or college programme into a sustainable career in the sport. Most agencies meet their athletes after they arrive. We know them before they leave.
